Dr. Bob showed us what happens when someone comes to his office. Walt Wilhelm volunteered to assist by asking for help with his elbow/shoulder injury.
Bob asked him several questions, including:

  • How did the injury occur?
  • When does it hurt?
  • What do you do to minimize pain?

He also checked Walt’s range of motion and other movements to confirm Walt’s responses and to help diagnose the problem. Dr. Bob’s diagnosis was that Walt’s ST joint was pinching. He explained what he would do in his office treatments to address the issue.
In the Q&A session, Dr. Bob indicated that an NSAID alternative is an enzyme.
